I concentrate my practice on litigating personal injury matters and insurance coverage disputes. The lion’s share of my cases involve working with insurers and self-insureds to navigate through motor vehicle and premises liability claims. I enjoy my work because it never gets boring - each case presents a unique challenge with its own set of facts, legal questions, and personalities. Everyone involved in a claim has a shared interest in reaching a full and final resolution as cost-effectively as possible and the lawyers play an integral part in reaching that destination. I keep my eyes open for common ground throughout every aspect of a claim, from pre-suit negotiations to trials and appeals.
My clients appreciate my genuine concern for their well-being and bottom line, as well as my straight-forward advice, focus on efficient and creative solutions, and commitment to the highest quality work product. They also like that I never forget that my job is to make their lives easier which means providing the best legal service, being responsive to calls and emails, and exceeding reporting guidelines. The Golden Rule approach to client relations (doing unto the client as I would have them do unto me) has proven successful and I am very proud to have worked with most of my clients for many years.
